BHI has significant experience with pre-engineered buildings, either steel or wood, which are not only economical, but faster to build. A company can be operational in a few short months with a pre-engineered building compared to traditional construction, which takes up to six months or more. In addition BHI has the masonry staff to prepare the building site and pour the concrete for the foundation of the building. Stenner Pump’s and General Mechanical’s pre-engineered buildings are good examples of BHI’s experience with these types of structures.
