Throughout the winter of 2006-07, BHI worked on the construction of two Rite Aid stores simultaneously. As with any retail client, it is critical that the various phases of construction be completed on time in order for the stores to be stocked and opened for business on schedule. BHI successfully met the retailer’s deadlines, and the two locations were open for business within six months.
