Grooms Tavern was built in 1820, and has been home to a public meeting place, a general store and a tavern. Owned by the Town of Clifton Park, BHI structurally enhanced the integrity of the building, and replaced the tavern’s roof. BHI’s specialists restored the tavern’s original windows and replaced its aged wood siding.
